VetPride Services Founder & President, Roger Pierce, is a Vietnam Veteran and is retired from the US Army National Guard. During Roger’s 20-year career, he served as a maintenance NCO on tactical weapon systems such as tanks and all tracked wheel vehicles as well as training and administrative positions. His civilian positions included HR responsibilities with major manufacturing and retail companies. Roger has also been involved in consulting with other Government contractors. He holds a bachelors degree from Appalachian State University and is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources.

Wes Pierce, Chief Operating Officer of VetPride Services and Roger’s son, is heavily involved in the day-to-day operations of VetPride.  Wes is responsible for contract management, attending site visits and ensuring the very best in customer service.  He holds a bachelors degree from North Carolina State University and has several years experience in marketing and management.
