Roger Pierce-Founder and CEO

Roger Pierce, The founder and creator of VetPride Services is a Vietnam Veteran and is retired from the US Army National Guard.  During his 20 year career served as a maintenance officer on tactical weapon systems such as tanks and all tracked wheel vehicles.  Mr. Pierce made the transition to civilian life and has held the position of HR Manager for multiple large companies.  Mr. Pierce holds a bachelors degree from Appalachian State University and is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources. 

Wes Pierce-President & Director of Operations

Wes Pierce the President of VetPride Services is involved in day to day operations of VetPride.  Mr. Pierce is responsible for contract management, attending site visits and various other tasks.  Mr. Pierce holds a bachelors degree from North Carolina State University and has several years experience in marketing and management.  Mr. Pierce has experienced the great opportunity to be mentored by several other Government Contractors in the area.
